Another tasty recipe. I read this recipe in Women’s weekly (Lebanese food)
Boneless chicken cubes – 250 gm
Cloves – 2 crushed Garlic- 2 cloves crushed
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
You have to,
1. Combine all the ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
2. Add in chicken cubes and mix well and close and keep.
3. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight
4. Thread pieces in a skewer and cook in preheated grill plate till all sides are brown and cooked through.(I used non-stick pan and cooked in low flame)
5. Serve hot 🙂
