You need
1. Potatoes – 6 medium
2. Salt to taste
3, Garlic – 3 cloves chopped
4. Rosemary and thyme – 1 tspn chopped
5. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
6. Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
7. Olive oil – 3 tbsp
8. Lemon juice – juice of 1/2 lemon
You hava to
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges without removing the skin.
3. Blanch in hot salted water and drain.
4. Add salt, garlic, herbs, red chilli powder, pepper powder and toss.
5. Add lemon juice and mix. Place the wedges on a greased tray.
6. Drizzle the olive oil over them.
7. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 min
