Spinach Potato Patties

1. Potato – 2 big steamed/boiled and smashed
2. Palak/Spinach – 2 bunches, blanched..strained and chopped finely
3. 1 tbsp each gratted or chopped ginger and garlic
4. 1 green chilly chopped
5. Cumin/jeera powder – 2 tsp
6. salt to taste
7. corn flour/maida – optional to coat

Method:

1. mix all the above ingrediants.
2. Wet ur palms make equal sized patties.
3. if sticky,roll it over corn flour or maida
4. shallow fry in oil till golden brown.
5. Serve hot.
