It is a fudgy brownie with a chocolate cheese cake is decadent. This combination is insane! Why to choose between brownie and cheese cake when you can have them separately!
- Butter – 85 grams
- Castor sugar – 50 grams
- Condensed milk – 110 grams
- Vanila – 6ml
- Couverture dark chocolate – 90 grams melted
- Flour – 75 grams
- Cacao powder – 15 grams
- Baking powder = 4 grams
- Instant Coffee powder – 5 grams
- Warm water – 55 grams
Chocolate Cheese Cake
- Cream cheese – 200 grams
- Couverture dark chocolate – 100 grams melted
- Cream – 50 grams
Preheat oven to 170 deg Celsius. Line a 7 X 7 inch tray
Beat butter, sugar , condensed milk and vanilla in a deep bowl. Add melted chocolate and mix to combine. Fold in whisked dry ingredients (flour, cacao powder, baking powder and coffee powder. finish with warm water and combine well. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
While the brownie is baking whisk the ingredients mentioned under cheese. Pour this over the baked brownie and continue baking for another 15 – 20 minutes.
Once baked take out from oven, cool down overnight in refrigerator. Slice and serve
