Veggie & Fruits
carrot – 1 medium skinned cut thin lengthwise strips or chopped
salad cucumber – 2 small skinned seeded cut length wise strips or chopped
red capsicum – 2 seeded cut length wise strips or chopped
cabbage – 1 cup cut length wise strips/shredded or chopped
green apple – 2 cut length wise strips or chopped
dates – 12 nos seeded and cut into strips and chopped
For Dressing mix the below in a bowl
lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
honey – 1 tbsp
salt to taste
To serve,
1. Once the veggie & fruits are cut, add them in a large deep bowl
2. cover it with a cling sheet and refrigerate it
3. 15-20 minutes before serving add in the dressing and toss well.
4. Keep it covered in chiller. Serve chilled.
