Read this recipe in Women’s weekly. It was the barbecued version. I grilled the chicken in a non-stick pan. It tasted good 🙂
Boneless Chicken cubes – 250 gm cleaned washed and drained
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves crushed
Lemon rind – 1/2 tsp gratted
Mint leaves – 5 leaves finely chopped
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
You have to,
1. Combine all the ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
2. Add in chicken and marinate well.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
4. Grill the chicken in a non-stick pan till all sides are brown and cooked.
