This is an easy version of moru curry.
To blend you need
- Laban or Butter milk – 1 lit
- Turmeric – 1/2 to 1 tsp
- Cumin seed powder – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds powder – 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Green chilies – 1 finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves of 1 string
For seasoning,
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Mustard seed- 1 tsp
- Red chili- 3 nos
- Curry leaves of 1 string
You have to
- Blend the mixture.( I use a bottle. Put all the ingredients , close the lid tightly and shake well)
- Heat oil in a sauce pan.
- Add the mustard seed once it started spluttering add the red chili and the curry leaves.
- Add the blended curd mixture after 10 sec.
- Stir in till the mix is warm.
- Remove from fire.
- Serve with rice.
