You need,
1. King Fish/Tuna/Boneless chicken cubes – 1/2 cup
2. Pepper – 1 tsp
3. Salt to taste
4. Water
5. Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
4. Fresh 1/2 feet long bread loafs – 3 nos
5. onion – 2 tbsp finely chopped
6. celery/lettuce/cabbage leave(optional) – finely chopped 1 tbsp
7. grated carrot(optional) – 1 tbsp
You have to,
1. Cook the fish/chicken in medium flame with 1/2 tsp pepper and salt with little water in a sauce pan, covered.
2. For Fish/chicken use 1/4 cup water and it will take hardly 10-15 minutes to get cooked, while chicken shall require 20-25 min.
3. Once the fish/chicken gets cooked increase the stove flame to high so that the water is completely absorbed.
4. remove from fire and allow it to cool.
5. Once it is cool, crumble the fish/ chicken pieces
6. To this add the vegetables, mayonnaise, pepper and mix well to form the stuffing.
Divide the mix to 3 equal portions
7. Slice only one side of the bread loaf as a pocket
8. Stuff the mixture in the bread pocket.
9. And serve ๐
