November 28, 2010 By Manjooo M Leave a Comment

Onion – 1/2 Portion chopped
Tomato – 6 nos
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves chopped
Salt – to taste
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Oregano – 1 tbsp

You have to
1. roughly chop the tomatos. blend and strain
2. heat olive oil in a pan
3. add garlic and onion and saute
4. add red chilli powder
5. now add the sauce, salt, oregano and boil till it thickens.(It takes approx 15-20 min in medium flame)
6. remove and allow to cool…pizza sauce is ready ๐Ÿ™‚

i guess you could store it in fridge upto a week

Note:- You could add 1 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup when it starts thickening

Now you can use this to make pizza…Get some frozen pizza base..Top with your favorite ingredients…sprinkle some cheese…bake it in a preheat oven(180 deg) for 10-15 minutes or till the cheese melts ๐Ÿ™‚
