You need,
1. Pappad – 4
2. Onion – 1/4 of a big onion finely chopped
3. Tomato – 1/2 portion seeded and finely chopped
4. Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup finely chopped
5. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
6. Chili Powder – 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
7. Salt to taste
How to make Masala Papad:
1. Preheat the oven to 150 deg celcius
2. Roast the papad (it takes hardly 30 sec)
3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except papad.
4. Spread the mixture equally on each papad.
5. A best starer for your lunch or dinner 🙂
