For Pizza base you need,
1. All purpose flour – 2 cups
2. Dry Yeast – 1 tsp
3. Salt 1 tsp
4. Sugar 1 tsp
5. Water
6. Olive oil 1 tbsp
You have to,
1. Mix 1-5 to form a sticky elastic dough.
2. Pat your hand with Olive oil and form the dough a ball.
3. Keep this dough in a vessel and cover the vessel with moist cotton or muslin cloth.
4. After 30-40 minutes the dough will be raised. press the dough to remove the air.
5. Divide the dough.
6. dust the surface of the table with flour and stretch the dough to form a pizza base.
7. Make sure to make the edges taller than the inner portion(should look like a plate. Or you can do this in the pan or tin.
8. Repeat the same with the 2nd dough
Heat the oven 200 deg
For the sauce you need
1. Spring onions chopped – 1 nos
2. Tomatos seeded chopped – 4 nos
3. crushed red chilli – 2-3 (depends on how spicy you want)
4. Basil leaves – 10=15 nos
5. Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
6. chopped garlic – 4 nos
7. salt
You have to,
1. Heat olive oil in a wok/pan
2. Add spring onions and garlic
3. followed by all ingrediants and mix well.
4. Saute till it forms a thick paste.
5. Remove from fire and keep aside
For toppings you need
1. Onions sliced or rings
2. Capsicum sliced
3. Tomatos seeded and sliced
4. Paneer – 1 cup
5. Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
6. Morzella cheese shredded
7. Fresh Oregano – 2 tbsp
You have to,
1. spread the sauce on the base
2. Top it with onion, capsicum, paneer, sweet corn
3. springle oregano
4. Top cheese to cover all the inner part.
5. brush the edges with olive oil.
6. Keep inside the oven for 20-30 minute or till the cheese bubbles on top.
7. Remove and cut into slices and enjoy 😀
