Mutton curry cooked in coconut milk

Yesterday night I made Appam and Mutton curry. I think this is the modified version of Mutton Peralan…and made in a simple way…It was tasty 🙂

1. Mutton – 1 kg
2. Turmeric – 1 tsp
3. Chilly powder – 2 tsp
4. Garlic paste – 12-15 piece
5. Garam masala – 1 tsp
6. Pepper – 1 tsp
7. Onions – 2 Sliced
8. Tomato – 2 seeded and chopped
9. Salt
10.Coconut milk – 2 cup
14. Water – 1/2 cup
15. Oil – 3 tbsp

Method:

1. Marinate Mutton for 10 min with 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chilli powder, Garam masala, pepper powder,1/2 portion of garlic paste.
2. Add 1/2 glass water and pressure cook this for 3 whisles.
3. In a heavybottom pan Heat oil
4. Add onions and fry till golden brown
5 Add chopped tomatos.
6. Add the remaining dry powders, garlic , cooked mutton and Mix well
7. Add coconut milk and cook in medium flame till done.
