Most of the time I reach home late after work. My hungry stomach is my inspiration for this recipe..:) Trust me…i found this is the easiest and fastest wat to cook tasty pulao

Ingrediants:
1. Long grain rice(washed and soaked) – 1 cup
2. Gratted ginger – 1 tbsp
3. Sweet Corn – 1/4 cup
4. Frozen Green peas- 1/4 cup
5. Cubbed carrots – 1/4 cup
6. Jeera – 1 tsp
7. Water – 2 cup
8. Turmeric – 1/3 tsp (optional)
9. Oil – 1 tbsp
10. Ghee/butter – 1 tbsp
11. Chopped corriander leaves
12. Green Chilli sliced- 1-2 nos
13. Salt
Instructions
1. Heat a heavy bottom vessel. Add Oil and Ghee.
2. Once the ghee melts add jeera and allow to crackle.
3. Add ginger and saute for 2 min.
4. Add all veg and green chillies except sweet corn and saute for another 2 min
5. Now add rice and saute
6. Add turmeric, salt and water.
7. Once it boils add sweet corn and cook in medium flame till the rice is done.
8. Finish with Chopped corriander leaves.
You can use only green peas also.
