Fish Cutlet

Love you Mom!!! I learned this recipe from my mom when I was in 4th standard

You need,
1. 2 cup of King Fish/Tuna cooked with turmeric and salt and shredded
2. 2 Medium potato boiled and smashed
3. 1 big red onion chopped finely
4. 2 green chillies
5. 1 tbsp ginger grated/chopped finely
6. 1 tbsp garlic grated/chopped finely
7. 1/2 – 1 tsp pepper powder
8. 1/4 tsp garam masala (optional)
9. corriander leaves – finely chopped
10. Salt to taste 1-2 eggs
11. 1 cup breadcrumbs
12. Oil – 2 tbsp
13. Oil for frying

Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onion and green chilies
3. Once it turns pink, add ginger and garlic. saute it
4. Add fish, potato,pepper,corriander leaves and salt mix well for 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from fire and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.
6. Make cutlet in desired shapes.
7. Beat egg in a bowl. dip each cutlet and roll it over bread crumbs.

8. Heat oil in a wok.
9. Deep fry the cutlets till golder brown.


10. Serve with sauce.
