Best way to beat the summer…and no regrets in having more than one scoop!!!
This is extremely low fat ice cream with no cream in it.
Fresh or frozen blueberries – 1 cup
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Condensed milk – 2 to 3 tbsp
cinnamon powder – a extremely tiny pinch
low fat plain yogurt – 1 cup
low fat milk – 2 tbsp
You have to
1 Strain the yogurt in a colander. leave it till we are going to use it for the recipe
2. Place the blueberries, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan and heat on medium to low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Allow to cool down
3 Add in the yogurt and milk. whisk well till it is blended well.
4. Transfer this to a tray and freeze this mixture for at least 4 hours
5. Remove from freezer. Blend the mixture once and again transfer to the tray and freeze it over night or till it is firm
