Strawberry Banana Smoothie ~sabah w masa’s cocktail~

One of the easiest and healthiest recipe. This recipe serves 2. Sabah w masa is a restaurant next to my office. I used to buy cocktail from there. It is just the strawberry banana smoothie. 🙂

You need
Fresh Strawberries – 2 cups washed and cleaned(remove the top with leaves)
Ripe Bananas – 1 nos peeled and cut into chunks
honey – 3 tbsp
Chilled Low-fat/skimmed/full fat milk – 1.5 cup
Ice cubes(optional)

You have to,
1. Add the berries, honey and bananas in a blender and puree till smooth
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well blended.
3. Serve in 2 tall glasses
