Something soothing for your tummy… 🙂
You need,
Salad Cucumber – 2 seeded and chopped finely
Skimmed yogurt – 1 cup
Mint leaves – 10-15 nos finely chopped
Garlic – 1 tiny clove crushed
Cumin seed – 1/4 tsp grounded
lemon juice – 2 tsp
You have to combine all the ingredients in a bowl and chill and serve.
