Though we get pav bhaji masala in the market, I used the spices which is available at home…
Baji
You need,
1. Potato – 3 medium
Tomato – 2 medium, seeded and chopped
Carrot – 1 chopped
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Cauliflower – 1 cup chopped
Cabbage – 1 chopped
Green chilli – 1-2 no
Ginger-Garlic – 1tbsp chopped
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Cumin seed Powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
2. Corriander leaves – 3 tbsp chopped
3. Onion – 1 chopped
4. Butter – 1 tbsp + as required
5. Pav/white bread – 1 packet
6. Salt
You have to,
1. Pressure cook the items mentioned in (1) in medium flame for 15-20 min.
2. Once Done, add salt, chopped corriander and 1 tbsp butter and keep aside
3. Heat a pan and grill the pav/bread with little butter in both sides.
4. While serving add a tiny cube of butter and chopped onions over the Bhaji.
