Hard boiled eggs – 6 large shelled
Cheddar cheese – 1/3 cup grated
mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
skimmed thick yogurt or sour cream – 1/4 cup
Green onions – 3 tbsp finely chopped
You have to
1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
2. remove yolks to small bowl. keep the whites aside.
3. Mash yolks with fork. adding cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt and green onion. Mix well.
4. Spoon 1 tbsp yolk mixture into each egg white half.
5. refrigerate, covered.
6. Serve chilled
Note:- You can use a piping bag to fill the yolk mixture
